Ink Genie's outstanding return policy covers defects for the life of the print cartridge. All ink cartridges must be returned with the original box and all dates on ink cartridge must match our shipping records for a refund. Please keep all original packaging in case the item needs to be returned. Upon approval by Ink Genie a shipping label will be forwarded to your email address on file to return. This information is needed to assess an item for defects or damage. To open a return or replacement request for a defective item, please have a copy of your Supplies Status Page, generated from your printer, as well as pictures of the damaged item and/or printing error. If the item is returned materially different from how it was sold, the item will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as the item can not be sold in its original form.
